IT Project Manager - Epic
We are looking for a project manager with Epic experience to help us grow our Epic platform and work on some amazing projects to support ancillary systems.

Monday - Friday; first shift. This role has the opportunity to work from home in a hybrid capacity, but not fully remote.

The Epic IT Project Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards. Lead transformative IT initiatives that drive innovation and enhance operational efficiency. Manage project teams responsible for fulfilling enterprise project plans rooted in technology and achieving all deliverables. Plan, coordinate, lead, facilitate, provide status reports, and ensure stability of project management processes and methodologies. Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies to ensure enterprise projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards, and meet assigned expectations. Identify and manage resources required to successfully execute projects by defining roles and responsibilities and arranging assignments for key project participants. Develop/define, publish, and execute project plan (e.g., Statement of Work (SOW), work plans and schedules, budgets, and deliverable/responsibility matrices). May serve as a consultant and advisor to leadership and staff in the application of project management tools and methods. Mentor Business Analysts to facilitate their career progression. Primary point of contact for a given project.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum three years progressive work experience to include a demonstrated ability to achieve outcomes which may include managing multiple projects, business process analysis, or process improvement projects required OR three years Project Manager/Analyst experience.
  • High school education or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, engineering, finance, or related field required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) preferred.
