Position Overview:- Job Title : Orthopedic Surgeon - Hands & Upper Extremities

- Comprehensive Orthopedic Program :
- Join a well-established orthopedic department that specializes in the prevention and treatment of a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including those affecting bones, joints, tendons, muscles, ligaments, and the spine.
- Balanced Schedule :
- The physician will split time between the clinic and the hospital, ensuring a varied and engaging work environment.
- The schedule will be based on patient needs and the OR schedule, allowing for flexibility and focus on quality patient care.
- Call Responsibilities :
- Participate in a manageable call schedule with a 1:3 rotation, ensuring a work-life balance while providing essential care.
- Patient and Surgical Volume :
- Manage an average outpatient volume of 20 - 25 patients per day, allowing for in-depth consultations and personalized care.
- Perform an average of 3 6 surgical cases per day, focusing on advanced techniques and ensuring optimal outcomes for patients.
- Advanced Technology and Equipment :
- Work with the most advanced techniques and technology in orthopedic surgery, supported by reliable instrumentation and state-of-the-art equipment.
- Experience :
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience specifically in Hands and Upper Extremities cases is required.
- Team Collaboration :
- Must be a team player, working collaboratively with existing medical staff to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
- Clinical Excellence :
- Strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction, with exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
