Robert Half Legal is working with an extremely stable, well-established law firm with a national presence. The firm is looking for an attorney to come in join its tenured team. This attorney will be focused on healthcare litigation. The role will involve handling a litigation caseload with most cases going to arbitration.


Responsibilities of Role :

  • The firm will train on managing complex healthcare claims from A-Z as long as the attorney coming in has a good background in civil litigation.
  • Law & Motion.
  • Taking depositions.
  • Binding arbitration (AAA or JAMs), first as second-chair but eventually as first chair.
  • Lots of database claims- using database property software.
  • Negotiating with clients and hospitals.
  • Legal research.
  • Hours : roughly 9-6, no billable hour requirement.

Compensation :

  • Salary from $100,000 to $130,000
  • Bonus based on firm and individual performance.
  • Benefits kick in after 90 days

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in Nevada
  • 1+ years of civil litigation experience.
