Auditor

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Audits activities of various departments for compliance with plans, policies, and procedures as prescribed by management.
2. Prepares and submits reports on the results of work performed.
3. Cooperates with outside auditors in any undertaking which may expedite their work.
4. Submits a finished product consistent with the requirements of the department relative to work standards and due professional care.
5. Manages time and assignments to meet established deadlines.
6. Daily reviews of work and audit program to ensure professional standards and the objectives of the audit are met.
7. Promotes outstanding customer relations.
8. Promotes honesty and trust amongst the team.
9. Performs all other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. No prior experience is required.
2. Must be able to successfully complete the background check and licensing process, required by the Delaware Lottery during employment.
3. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
6. A valid driver’s license is required.
7. Must be able to lift twenty (20) lbs. repeatedly without difficulty.
8. Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods.
9. Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on the business needs.
