A E-commerce Product Manager is needed at Johnson & Johnson to join the Commercial Excellence Team. This role involves managing the Commercial product ownership of E-commerce platforms, developing and managing the Commercial vision and product roadmap, overseeing Product Information Management (PIM) implementation, and collaborating with external partners to enhance E-commerce Customer Experience. The ideal candidate will have a BS/BA in business, marketing, design, or a related field, 6-8 years of work/industry experience, and an extensive understanding of the E-commerce ecosystem and industry trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead development and management of E-commerce product vision and roadmap.
  • Partner with other E-commerce product owners to prioritize product enhancement backlog.
  • Review and prioritize data insights and next best action based off established KPIs.
  • Oversee Product Information Management (PIM) implementation for Ethicon and governance of all product data in the PIM post implementation.
  • Collaborate with external partners to design, launch, and manage enhanced E-commerce Customer Experience for key customer segments.
  • Partner with omnichannel counterparts and platform marketing leads to incorporate last mile data and intelligence into customer journey for targeted execution.

Qualifications

Required:

  • BS/BA in business, marketing, design, or related field is required.
  • 6-8 years of work/industry experience.
  • A minimum of four (4) years of progressive experience in E-commerce product development, product management, marketing or a related field required.
  • Extensive experience in partnering with and leading a cross-functional team and organizational build-out.
  • Nuanced understanding of the E-commerce ecosystem/operations, customer journeys and industry trends and best practices.

Preferred Skills:

  • Leadership Experience with Information Technology, Marketing and/or Sales organizations, and Product Management.
  • Prior experience with agile methodologies, design thinking.
  • Ability to execute A/B tests and other experiments to optimize website elements.
