Key Job Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Crafting compelling and persuasive proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of AWS solutions to potential customers.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, solutions architects, and subject matter experts, to gather and synthesize relevant information for proposal development.
- Ensuring proposals are tailored to the specific needs and requirements of each customer, while adhering to AWS branding and messaging guidelines.
- Managing the proposal development process from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.
- Continuously improving proposal content, templates, and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
A Day in the Life
The OPCOE team crafts AWS customer proposals and documents in response to needs for Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Tender (RFT) and Request for Quote (RFQ), collectively defined as RFx. Support is also provided for unsolicited proposals. We partner with Private Pricing, Cloud Intelligence, Cloud Economics, Analyst Relations and other Strategic Teams throughout a pursuit.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of related proposal experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent years of work experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working within a high-growth, technology company.
