Flooring sales and installation and Carpet cleaning Sales!
We are looking for someone to seek out relationships and quote commercial flooring sales and cleaning contracts.
One division of our company is flooring sales and installation, Another area of our business is cleaning carpet, tile, area rugs and upholstery. We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our team in this division to help us grow. There is no one from our business going after this segment yet (which you could look at as bad, or really good that nothing should be off limits).
Are you motivated to seek out work? Do you like to talk to people and never hear the word no? How are you at getting past gatekeepers and to the decision makers?
What are your goals? How can we help you achieve your goals?
This position is likely to earn $100,000 or more in the first year and you could break $150,000 second year. (Its possible to break it the first year but you'd have to be after it!)
Goal first year:
1. Sell $300,000 in commercial or retail flooring sales (at margin)
2. Sell $500,000 in commercial carpet and tile cleaning (at margin)
Second year goal:
1. Sell $500,000 in commercial or retail flooring sales
2. Sell $800,000 in commercial carpet and tile cleaning
Your reward for doing well:
1. $36,000 base salary
2. 5% sales commission
3. Company car & Cell phone
4. $10,000 Sales bonus for hitting goals!
