About The Role
- The Director of Sales Operations will be responsible for owning and developing key strategic partnerships that align with Snap's business goals.

- The candidate will lead negotiations and manage the execution of partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Minimum Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Strategy, or Corporate Development within the technology sector.
- A proven track record of successfully growing and leading global teams across multiple countries is essential, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
- The candidate should possess strong strategic collaboration skills, able to work effectively with C-Level executives and cross-functional teams.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for innovative partnership models will be crucial for success in this role.
- The ability to communicate results clearly and effectively across a matrix organization is necessary.
