Job Description

  1. Strategize and Project: Plan, project, and strategize team headcount and budget. Evaluate informational reports to identify new clients, estimate future sales, and understand the profits and objectives. Capture the needs of the customer to qualify sales leads and efforts.
  2. Lead and Manage: Recruit, hire, and educate the sales department on an ongoing basis. Establish sales territories and quotas while evaluating performance of local and regional sales managers. Partner with senior leadership to evaluate strategies of the department and future sales goals.
  3. Maintain Customer Focus: Work with the team to evaluate new customer goals and assist with identifying solutions that will meet their needs. Handle any complaints from the customer, employee disagreements, and any other problems that may affect the sales operations.
  4. Build Connections: Build a strong connection with car makers in order to expand the business.
  5. Market Analysis: Deploy a market analysis in order to target new customers for each technology. Define the strategy to approach them and execute the actions identified.
  6. Order Acquisition: Reach the assigned target of Order Acquisition.
  7. Contract Negotiation: Participate in the commercial contract discussion/negotiation.
  8. Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate the cross-functional teams of the company to ensure customer satisfaction.
  9. Support Business Development: Support the business development manager for new opportunities and marketing activities.
  10. Quality Analysis: Analyze the integration of customer quality indicators, reliability, and service level, deriving from warning networks and purpose of improvement actions.
  11. Customer Satisfaction Evaluation: Evaluate customer satisfaction through indicators and surveys.
  12. Sales Administration Support: Support Sales Administration Manager for reporting activities.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree, sales experience in the automotive parts industry.
  2. Five years of direct sales experience required.
  3. Good oral and written English communication ability.
  4. Capacity to apply APQP, PPAP, ISO/TS 16949, Project Management, Marketing & Competition Analysis, Product Knowledge.
  5. Good knowledge of how to make effective presentations, quotation knowledge, offer & contract management.
  6. Willing to travel frequently across China, teamwork.
  7. Basic computer skills.
