Exciting Opportunity: Vice President of Property Management - (Affordable Housing)
CORY is hiring a Vice President of Property Management in the Southeast market within the affordable housing sector. The Vice President will ensure that all locations meet or exceed annual financial goals and provide the highest quality housing to all residents.

Your Responsibilities as a Leader:
- Oversee a total of 40+ communities.
- Manage a portfolio of 15K units focused on Section 8, LIHTC, HUD.
- Lead, manage, and inspire a team of diverse district managers and/or regional directors of operations and their teams to provide top-notch service to operations in assigned regions.
- Drive self and team towards building strong relationships with clients at all levels (local, district, state) and achievement of key performance indicators.
- Serve on the nationwide leadership team, influencing and leading nationwide operations, and regularly communicate with peers to share best practices, mitigate risks, champion diversity, and build community.
The Skills & Experience You Possess:
- 5-7+ years of experience in leadership within the facilities management industry.
- Strong background in senior leadership roles with experience in contract and budget management, customer service, people development, negotiations, etc.
- LIHTC, Section 8, affordable housing background is required.
- Ability to think quickly, analytically, strategically, and accurately.
- Expert client relationship, influencing, listening, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Word, Excel, Yardi, and Entrata software.
