JCFS is looking for talented and engaging individuals to provide support and guidance to individuals with disabilities who are searching for employment within their own communities. Employment Specialist staff are expected to work in office settings as well as in the job seekers' communities. Assistance is also provided to help the individuals in maintaining employment through retention services and on-site job coaching. Experience of working with disabilities is a major plus!
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university.
- Minimum one to two years related experience. Experience supporting people with disabilities
- Must be able to operate a motor vehicle, possess a valid driver's license, and have reliable transportation to locations that may not be accessible via public transportation.
