Job Description:

The Senior Group Risk Analyst, Enterprise Data Risk Technology / Communication provides a broad range of creative materials supporting communications across the enterprise. Creating informative and visually engaging graphic content including job aids, infographics, templates and Power Point decks is crucial to this role. Having the expertise to move easily between MAC and PC environments is required to be successful in this position. Being fluent in Adobe Creative Suites, InDesign, Photoshop and Accessibility design are essential. In addition, advanced skills with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point are necessary.

Some of the projects this position executes are:

Data Risk Support

  • Annual portal attestation (larger initiative that spans several months)
  • On-going maintenance and support for DRM Portal
  • On-going design support for Forums, Councils, ad hoc requests from SLT, fillable / PDF templates, placemats, .oft communication, create PowerPoint templates, SurveyMonkeys, Webex events/series
  • Pre-meeting organization of timelines, speaking notes, organization of content and content approval, walk throughs with SLT
  • In meeting support and post meeting support for all forums, councils, etc (Slido, minutes, screenshare, etc)
  • Event planning (off-sites) including estimates, venue management and presentation materials
  • Creation and maintenance of process documents
  • Translation submission
  • Updating of all documents to meet brand and accessibility standards
  • Maintenance of standard slide folder which includes mandate, org chart, templates, etc
  • Monitoring DRM comm inbox, EDTR comm inbox and EDGO comms inbox

Enterprise Data Technology Risk

  • In meeting support for offsite events and full team meetings
  • Acts as back-up for full team meeting working the primary organizer as required.
  • On-going maintenance and support for team SharePoint, including developing content.

Education & Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree or technical professional certification and/or
  • 5+ years relevant experience
  • Proficient knowledge of risk management, programs, policies, practices & reporting for business supported and/or area of discipline
  • Understanding and experience with various programming tools
  • Knowledge of risk management environment, standards, regulations and mitigation
  • Knowledge of current and emerging competitor and market trends
  • Ability to lead, plan, implement, and evaluate program/project activities to ensure completion of initiatives
  • Advanced skill in using analytical software tools, data analysis methods and reporting techniques
  • Skill in using computer applications including MS Office
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships
  • Ability to work successfully as a member of a team and independently
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement in making decisions
  • Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
