Associate Director of Music - St. John the Beloved / McLean, VA

Searching for an Associate DOM at St. John's. Duties include:

1. Wednesday nights (rehearsal)
2. Friday mornings (school Mass)
3. Weekends - Saturday Vigil (occasionally) / Sundays (8-2p.m.)
4. Holy Days and special Masses TBA

Light administrative duties. Need a good organist for both liturgical and accompanying music, someone who can lead a volunteer choir with section leaders as well as a chant schola from square note notation. Ability to work with trebles is most helpful. Willing to work with / teach a talented individual. All in all, approximately 15 hours per week. Great experience for an up-and-coming liturgical minister of music.

Compensation: low - mid $20's depending on expertise.
