The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming requests made via telephone/text/online, searching for potential sales leads, selling appointments for the sales showroom, and acting as the first point of contact for sales customers.

Responsibilities:
- Quickly answering incoming phone calls, texts and online inquiries efficiently using email, guides and templates with our BDC process.
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.
- Ensuring potential customers are aware of any promotions.
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.
- Logging details and comments into DealerSocket and AutoAlert.
- Schedule sales appointments and following up with any “no show” customers.
- Collaborate with management teams to maintain thorough, up to date knowledge on new products, services, and policies.
- Maintaining contact with customers to ensure they are happy with our service.
- Meet specific monthly goals and targets.
- Assisting with various other tasks at the dealership.
- Previous dealership experience preferred although not necessary
- Previous DriveCentric experience preferred although not necessary
- Previous AutoAlert experience preferred although not necessary
