Who We're Looking For:
- Experience: Knowledge of construction, building enclosures, and precast is preferred. Knowledge of construction plans, blueprints, and specs is essential.
- Tech-Savvy: Strong Excel, Microsoft Office & PDF Software knowledge. Experience with CRM systems is helpful.
- Strong Communicator: Ability to communicate effectively internally and externally.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Effectively manage multiple bids precisely, ensuring every detail is accounted for.
- Problem-Solver: Thrive on finding solutions to challenges that arise during the estimating process.
- Team Player: You collaborate well, own your responsibilities, and are always ready to support the team.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Review project plans, create detailed bid packages, and negotiate with contractors
- Manage the estimation process, ensuring every project stays on track with deadlines and goals
- Perform detailed product takeoff and enter information into the estimating program
- Communicate with clients and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and budget
- Collaborate with various team members to ensure that every estimate meets our requirements.
