As the Senior Manager of Social Media, you will spearhead the development and implementation of a cutting-edge social media strategy to amplify Claire's digital presence, boost brand awareness, and drive engagement across all platforms, with a keen emphasis on TikTok. This role demands a creative and strategic thinker, deeply connected to pop culture and trends.
You will collaborate closely with the Marketing and Ecommerce teams to translate key business goals into engaging social content. You'll develop platform-specific strategies, including testing, learning, and reporting methodologies. This position offers a significant opportunity to impact our brand and voice. Success in this role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, risk-taking, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a team.
Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of dynamic, captivating, and shareable content with a primary focus on TikTok, while also optimizing for Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and Facebook.
  • Drive the development of trend-driven videos and interactive content that resonate with the Gen Alpha and Gen Z audience.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to innovate and produce viral-worthy content that boosts engagement and brand visibility across all channels.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, particularly on TikTok, to ensure our content remains fresh, relevant, and impactful.
  • Identify and reach out to creators and influencers (nano to mega) for content creation and partnership opportunities.
  • Analyze performance and adjust content strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Partner with Community Management Team to understand voice of customer and outreach opportunities.
  • Establish, manage and track budgets.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in social media management, influencer strategy, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency of social, influencer and listening platforms. Previous experience with Sprout Social preferred.
  • Excellent understanding of social media metrics and analytics.
  • Expertise in creating and optimizing content; understanding of algorithm, trends, and user behavior.
  • Proven track record in social media strategy development and execution.
  • Strong creative skills with the ability to produce engaging content.
  • Ability to stay ahead of social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience in risk-taking and innovative thinking in social media campaigns
