You will be responsible for providing strategic direction that evolves our compensation, equity and benefits programs balanced with excellent analytical expertise to execute in alignment with Help at Home’s values. You will be a key member of the HR Leadership team, working closely with senior leaders to develop and lead competitive reward programs at scale. You will be reporting to the Chief People Officer. This is an exciting opportunity for a compensation and benefits leader who thrives in a high-growth, hands-on environment.This is a remote position with occasional travel required.Duties/Responsibilities:Establish and communicate Help at Home’s Total Rewards philosophy to enable both short term goals and long-term business objectivesBuild and lead the strategic design and execution of the company’s compensation, equity, and benefit programs to drive desired business outcomes, reinforce HAH values and improve employee experienceLead all compensation and equity initiatives, including the strategy and execution of job architecture, salary surveys, conducting an overarching compensation analysis and updating compensation structure for all positionsEnsure Help at Home’s benefits program and plans meet the evolving needs of our diverse and distributed workforce in an innovative way across all markets, while ensuring programs are in compliance with all legal requirementsPartnering with key members of the HR Leadership Team, leverage knowledge of market conditions and competitive talent landscape while driving fairness and compliance in pay practices and policies including around hiring and talent reviewsOversee HRIS, which includes managing the Workday implementationLead the ongoing design of variable compensation structures via robust incentive plans that align both business and individual objectivesManage relationships and projects with external partners, consultants and vendors as it relates to Total RewardsEnsure Help at Home’s compensation and benefit practices drive our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion outcomes through thoughtful and innovative approaches to every facet of the Total Rewards cycleDevelop and maintain effective communication strategies to drive employee awareness and understanding of compensation and benefit programsRequired Skills/Abilities:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required10+ years of compensation/total rewards experience including 5+ years of managing teamsProven experience designing and managing comprehensive Total Rewards programs in large organizations with a diverse population.Strong technical skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), specifically systems related to compensation tools and benefits administration. Preferably Workday.Ability to evaluate and recommend new tools, and make impactful improvements in a short period of timeExcellent collaborative skills with the ability to communicate proactively and cultivate strong relationships with team members at all levels across the companyA strong, strategic, and analytical mindset coupled with intellectual energy, who acts in service of the organization and its peopleA culture carrier who understands and appreciates the power of a strong compensation and benefits program and its impact on the long-term business strategy as well as on the spirit of an organizationStrong analytical and project management skills, proven ability to design clear processes, and a very detail-oriented yet flexible approach to problem solvingStrong business acumen and savvy, including MS Excel and ability to create presentations for Executive, Committees and BoardExcellent judgment and the ability to make sound decisions independentlyManage and lead a team of HR professionals.Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computerMonthly or quarterly travel; may fluctuate based on business needs
