Identify root causes impacting performance and provide insights.Create periodic reports & presentations to track key HR metrics and KPIs and communicate data on a regular basis to key stakeholders.Design and automation of reoccurring report deliverables.Responsibility for overseeing the organization's HR data, including Clean up, validation, and maintaining historical data to ensure accuracy and consistency.Audit HR data and troubleshoot irregularities with the HR Business PartnersSupport data governance processesBuild HR DashboardsLead and support HR projects/programs.Have you got what it takes?Bachelor's degree in statistics, business, Human Resources, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in people analytics or related role, preferably in a global organization.
