• Subject Matter Expert (SME) brings deep business knowledge and brings to
bear an understanding and rationalization of “best business practices” in the
subject matter area
• Extensive technical responsibilities for interpreting, organizing, executing,
and coordinating assignments, including the direction of the staff
• Decision making capacity that demonstrates mature judgment in anticipation
and solving complex problems
• Extensive experience in the utility domain, preferably in gas and water
• Subject Matter expertise in the areas of billing and customer care,
premise, meters and/or field activities
• Demonstrated track record of thought leadership in the respective functional
area(s)
REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree preferred
2. 15 years of progressive experience
3. Demonstrated knowledge of “leading practices” in the subject
matter area
4. Great communication skills
5. Intermediate – expert level in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and Forms
