Position Summary
PG&E Office of the CIO is seeking a highly motivated Contract Management Analyst to manage a segment of O&M IT contracts. This role will work with internal teams to implement enterprise company policies, risk engagement controls, invoice compliance reviews, goods receipts, and obtain leadership's financial approvals for O&M contract services. You will be responsible for the administration of contract reviews with subject matter experts, and drive consensus, resolutions, and validation regarding costs of contracts. Additional responsibilities include identifying opportunities to rationalize, right size contracts and discontinue non-critical services. You will work with stakeholders including the Sourcing Dept to assist in developing a deep understanding of contract scope, cost, terms, and conditions as well as partner with Business Finance. You will develop partnerships and coordinate with the IT PMO and IT leaders to capture incremental O&M costs from contracts at the time of purchase.

The role is hybrid working from your remote office and in-person at the Oakland General Office 2-3 days a week or based on business needs or company requirements.
PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of thejob posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will bebased on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience,market value, geographic location, and internal equity.Although we estimatethe successful candidate hiredinto this rolewill beplaced between the entry point and the middle of the range, the decisionwill be made on a case-by-casebasis related tothese factors.This job is also eligible to participate inPG&E's discretionary incentive compensation programs.
A reasonable salary range is:
Bay Area Minimum: $90,000
Bay Area Maximum: $136,000
Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate issue resolution for assigned contracts, including supporting or participating in formal dispute resolution as needed.
- Maintain written and electronic Contract documentation and records for all aspects of assigned contracts. Document contract information, contract development status, contract issues, commitments and contingencies related to assigned contracts in appropriate tracking tools, documents, databases, and systems.
- Perform and report on cost analysis on assigned contracts for financial reporting purposes.
- Represent PG&E with counterparties and other external entities.
- Support operations through clear and concise communications and reporting tools.
- Take action to resolve all open items, manage communications, and perform administrative steps required at contract termination/expiration.
- Proactive and willing to learn and take on different initiatives
- Able to manage multiple competing priorities with ease
Qualifications
Minimum:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or job-related discipline or equivalent work experience
- 3 years job-related work experience
Desired:
- 5 years job-related experience
- Experience in creating purchase requisitions (Ariba, SAP or similar)
- Understanding of Financials and Budgeting/Forecasting
- Experience with SAP
- Experience with Excel pivot tables
