What does a successful VP, Product Management, ATM and C&L do at Fiserv?
In this role, you will be the Vice President of Product Management, overseeing the ATM/ITM and Cash and Logistics (C&L) product teams. You will have a pivotal role in the entire product delivery continuum, including architecture, voice of customer, hardware management, service, product roadmap, and vendor management. Additionally, you will be responsible for pricing and P&L accountabilities, and play a key role in planning and setting sales goals.

What You Will Do

1. Drive the full go-to-market strategy, encompassing pricing, marketing, partnership management, functional design, and deployment.
2. Foster organic revenue growth and explore opportunities for inorganic growth.
3. Maximize cross-sales of add-on products and services.
4. Increase product adoption and drive growth in usage.
5. Develop the product strategy for branch transformation across Fiserv, focusing on Core Integrated ATMs and Teller Cash Recycling program.

What You Will Need To Have

1. 10+ years of experience in product management within the financial services industry, with emphasis in EFT processing, ATM, and Cash and Logistics.
2. 5+ years of leadership experience, including budget and management responsibilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing managers and directors.
3. Demonstrated expertise in leading, coaching, mentoring, developing, and managing high-performing teams.
4. Strong experience in developing complex product and market strategies that result in the deployment of successful and market-viable products.
5. Ability to thrive in large organizations with matrix relationships and a demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders.
6. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
7. Willingness to travel up to 20%.

What Would Be Great To Have

1. Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives within the financial services industry.

Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in ATM and Cash and Logistics solutions.
