Well-established construction company needs an experienced Human Resource Manager to work closely with executives, operations, accounting, sales, marketing, and other departments to implement the full breadth of HR functions.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2. 5+ years HR leadership with at least 5 direct reports
3. Ideal candidate will have worked recently for a Construction company
4. Full breadth of HR responsibilities
5. Union, Compliance, and Payroll Experience Preferred
6. Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred
