Talent Acquisition Coordinator

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Wilmington, DE, you will become a valued member of our North America Talent Acquisition (TAq) Team and play a critical role in hiring top industry talent.
Accountabilities:
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will support all aspects of recruitment coordination and administration for your assigned clients/location. You will handle telephone and e-mail liaison with hiring managers, administrative assistants, Talent Acquisition Partners, candidates and other external collaborators and suppliers, where appropriate. You will also have opportunities to be the primary liaison with Talent Acquisition Partners and Talent Scouts and to participate in projects across HR, as well as supporting the administrative responsibilities that are associated with recruiting top talent into AstraZeneca and Alexion.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Experienced with the design and delivery of New Employee Orientation (in-person and virtually)
- Strong administrative/organization skills, with proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business tools and software (e.g., HR Information Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems)
- Well-developed people skills and ability to engage, communicate and work across local and regional Talent Acquisition and HR teams, major collaborators, and other internal clients
- Ability to multi-task and balance competing priorities in a complex, fast-paced environment
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of policies, process and procedures pertaining to recruitment (including relevant labor and country, such as EEO/AA, immigration, employment laws, etc.)
- Notary
