Job Description:
- Financial Models
- Retrieves and organizes data into required reporting formats to provide a basis for comparison and evaluation
- Prepare Monthly/Quarter reports and projections based on financial data
- Evaluate current and previous financial data/trend analysis
- Assists in preparation of statistical reports and presentation decks
- Special Projects
- Preferred systems knowledge of Cognos TM1 and PeopleSoft
- Critical thinking skills, presentation skills, analytical skills, modeling skills, an understanding of finance, and be personable
This Temporary Position will last for approximately three (3) months but could go longer to cover a leave of absence. The position will be doing analysis work in a Commercial Real Estate Environment, requiring someone at the Manager level who can come in and hit the ground running. This position will not supervise people but is a manager of process. This position will be hybrid remote; however, in the beginning, the person will have to come in to the office in order to learn the job well. The location will be in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex area of either Dallas or Richardson, TX.
