Job Description:

As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the General Manager to develop strategies that expand our market presence and achieve our business goals. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial landscaping and holiday decor sectors. 
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners. 
• Create and implement effective sales and marketing strategies. 
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. 
• Prepare and present proposals and contracts to potential clients. 
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction and project success. 
• Track and report on sales performance and business development activities. 

Qualifications:  

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.  
• Strong communication and negotiation skills. 
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners. 
• Excellent organizational and time management skills. 
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
