In this role, you will lead the strategic development of key customers while overseeing budget, planning awareness campaigns, and driving organic growth. You will also mentor and coach junior members in the organization. You will:
- Serve as senior day-to-day client lead by developing relationships with senior clients and supporting strategic planning (data, product, regulatory and patient storytelling) and execution across the rare disease portfolio and pipeline.
- Oversee workstream team leads, helping to connect dots across the portfolio and ensuring strategy aligns to business goals.
- Be accountable for team execution, timely delivery of flawless materials, measurement and strategic counsel.
- Manage and coach team members effectively by providing constructive and actionable feedback to support team member professional growth.
- Supervise and manage financial and business operations (e.g., budget, billing, forecasting).
- Participate in agency growth through business development efforts, as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications or related field.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a professional environment within the healthcare public relations and/or communications industries.
Desired Requirements:
- Experience and interest in data/regulatory milestone communications in addition to consumer programming.
- Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure in a fast-paced (but fun) environment, meeting internal and external deadlines.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $X to $Y. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and/or individual performance.
