About Us: Welcome to Cornerstone Community Homes! A well-established non-profit, we operate seven adult residential homes in beautiful Marin County, specifically in Novato and San Rafael. Our mission is to provide exceptional care and support for 42 adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, creating a warm and nurturing environment where they can thrive.

The Role

We're seeking a dynamic, hands-on leader to join our executive team. As the Director of Adult Residential Facilities, you'll ensure our homes run smoothly and our residents receive the best possible care.

Description

Reporting Structure

1. You'll report directly to the Executive Director (ED).
2. You'll be an integral part of the Executive Team, working closely with the ED and Director of Finance.
3. You'll lead two Managers of Operations and indirectly oversee seven Program Managers.

Key Responsibilities

Program Operations

1. Implement and maintain policies and procedures in compliance with CA Title 22 Regulations for ARFs.
2. Oversee day-to-day operations of our seven homes, ensuring high-quality care for our 42 residents.
3. Work with the finance team to manage budgets effectively.

Operations Team Leadership

1. Guide and support your team of Managers of Operations and Program Managers.
2. Assume primary responsibility for house staff hiring, training, and retention; resolve personnel issues fairly and firmly.
3. Be our ambassador to stakeholders, diplomatically resolving complex issues with residents, families, regulators, and other government agencies.

Facility Management

1. Oversee maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements across all homes.
2. Ensure all facilities are safe and clean, meeting or exceeding regulatory requirements.

Compliance and Quality Assurance

1. Ensure strict adherence to CA Title 22 Regulations for ARFs and other applicable laws.
