Quality Control Manager

The Quality Control Manager ensures all products produced from our internal production meet the Culture Studio and client standards. There are high expectations that should be met while exceeding the KPIs set for the department. The individual in this role plans, organizes, assigns, and directs all quality assurance department operations and communicates directly with our internal and external teams to ensure proper positive changes are met. The QC Manager takes pride in keeping our QC matters at a minimum and ensuring we are continuously evolving our QC processes and procedures.

Top Priorities

1. Manage the QC team and processes to ensure superb quality standards on the production floor
2. Quality Standards are set up under a root cause analysis and able to provide communication on any developments, action plans, or needs
3. Train & Develop team members to be subject matter experts including championing of training programs

Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of previous experience in quality control & management
• 2+ years experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong communication, analytical abilities, and organizational skills
• Being bilingual in both writing & speaking is strongly preferred
• Ability to work overtime as needed; during the week or weekends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends or patterns
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams
