Bartender*

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in creating a memorable experience for our guests by providing top-notch service, crafting delicious cocktails, and maintaining a lively and welcoming atmosphere. Whether shaking up classic cocktails or experimenting with new creations, you will showcase your creativity and passion for mixology while building rapport with patrons and ensuring their satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and engage with them in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take drink orders and recommend beverages based on guest preferences and menu offerings.
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty drinks, with precision and efficiency.
• Utilize knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and flavor profiles to craft innovative and delicious drinks that exceed guest expectations.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning glasses, and disposing of waste properly.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for guests and staff.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions with integrity and professionalism.
• Monitor and control inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to prevent shortages and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with other team members, including servers, kitchen staff, and management, to provide seamless service and enhance the overall guest experience.

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced hospitality environment, with a strong knowledge of mixology and beverage service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests and team members in a positive and engaging manner.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask in a high-volume setting.
• Knowledge of basic math skills for accurately handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices.
• TIPS or similar certification preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
