Litigation Attorney
Remote (California)
Join a national defense firm as a trial attorney with the firm’s catastrophic injury practice. Great opportunity to work on multi-million dollar cases with nationally respected attorneys in a collegial environment. This role can be fully remote from California, with in-person appearances required only for trial. CA offices located in San Diego, Irvine and Palo Alto, for candidates who prefer a hybrid schedule.
Base compensation up to $200k (determined by years of relevant experience), with generous, 3-tiered bonus structure and benefits (100% of employee’s health insurance premiums are paid by the firm). 401k match up to 10%!
Qualified candidates will have significant experience with taking catastrophic injury cases to trial. Candidates with 3+ years will be considered, as will plaintiff’s attorneys looking to move into defense work.
