Requires ability to communicate with senior executive leadership regarding matters of strategic importance to the organization. Frequently conducts briefings to senior leaders both within and outside of the job function.
Leadership & Talent Management:
Manages a Family Group for a global LOB, a Function for a Region, or all operations within a country which includes multiple teams led by Directors and Managers. Responsible for developing mid-term plans on how to optimize his/her organization and the talent required to execute strategies for the job area. Typically, has hiring, firing, promotion and reward authority within own area, in accordance with Corporate Guidelines.
Required Knowledge & Experience:
Requires advanced business knowledge, general management and leadership capability to lead business or functional teams. Typically has mastery within a specific technical field or broad expertise across multiple related disciplines. Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and extensive prior relevant experience.
