Job Title: WelderJob DescriptionWe manufacture steel containers for the waste, construction, recycling, and energy sectors. Most of these are roll-back containers loaded and unloaded off the back of trucks. We are seeking welders who can work in a fast-paced environment. Preferably, candidates should have 1-2 years of experience, which will determine the pay rate. Welders will work on a production line to meet daily production goals. The role primarily involves production welding, including welding walls, floors, frames, sub-assemblies, and gates using MIG welding techniques.ResponsibilitiesWork on a production line to meet daily production goals.Perform welding and fabricating tasks, with a focus on production welding.Weld walls, floors, frames, sub-assemblies, and gates.Ensure all welding is completed using MIG welding techniques.Produce 15-18 containers per day, depending on the production line.Adhere to safety and quality standards to ensure structurally sound products.Essential Skills1-2 years of welding experience, preferably in a production environment.Proficiency in MIG welding.Ability to read blueprints.Experience with fabrication and fitting.Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.Additional Skills & QualificationsComfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.Positive and proactive 'get it done' attitude.Ability to work towards and meet production goals.Why Work Here?We offer a facility production bonus of $100-150 per week, a $125 boot allowance per year, paid uniforms, and 5 days of PTO from day one. Although the facility is not climate-controlled, we have been expanding rapidly and are working on a potential 900,000 sq ft expansion on property we own.
