Sales Director

San Bernardino County Workforce Development is assisting Robar Enterprise's desire to hire a Director of Sales.

Salary Range: $125,000.00 to $175,000.00 Annually

Responsible for leading and managing the Ready Mix & Aggregate Sales department including expanding the areas/region and increasing sales revenue to ensure sales goals are achieved.

Essential Job Accountabilities

1. Supervise, direct, and mentor the sales staff to ensure we attract, develop and retain the very best talent.
2. Develop and maintain key contacts through market analysis, networking, industry associations, community involvement, and other avenues to identify new business opportunities.
3. Initiate, develop and maintain contact with existing and potential customers in order to build relationships and ensure sales goals are achieved.
4. Interface with owners' representatives, subcontractors, and agencies to understand existing construction materials needs and identify sales leads.
5. Develop and implement a concrete/aggregates marketing plan.

Education

1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or Related Field, or equivalent experience.

Work Experience

1. 5+ years outside sales experience.
2. 5+ years management experience.
3. Experience in Ready Mix & Aggregates sales required.
