Job Title: Associate Staff Accountant - Fuel PaymentsJob DescriptionWe are seeking an Associate Staff Accountant specializing in Fuel Payments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reconciling inventory for bulk terminals, analyzing costs for bulk locations with weekly weighted average cost reviews, and inputting end-of-month journal entries for negative inventory in Oracle. You will also create journal entries to complete the person and Trade and LCFS monthly accruals, set up new vendors in the system by gathering W9’s and banking information, and research missing sales using inventory reports from terminals.
