The Role:

• Heading up a pastry section of an incredibly successful restaurant that would love a creative Chef , with flair and passion to continually enhance their pastry offering
• Management of a great team of talented pastry chefs wanting leadership and inspiration
• Working on a decent volume but very HIGH QUALITY product
• Good shift patterns and a very competitive package
• Every tool, gadget and piece of equipment you could imagine to use at your will to create.

The Person:

• Must have high quality pastry experience, ideally at Michelin or 5 Star/Forbes Recommended hotel level
• Fantastic leader, motivator and fun person to be around
• Good all round pastry exposure with excellent chocolate, sugar and baking skills
• Someone who can work under the pressure without losing their cool in a very busy restaurant
• Someone who likes success and wants to see their name in lights
• Experience of working in Europe a benefit
