Position Overview:

Senior Project Managers will lead a wide range of building and site development projects with minimal guidance from a Project Executive. Projects may range from small tenant renovations to ground-up construction of new buildings as well as advisory and consulting assignments. Ideal candidates will have at least 8 years of experience in one of the following areas: building design, construction, facilities management, and prior experience as a Project Manager. The Senior Project Manager is the day-to-day point of contact with clients and on larger projects will have support from a project coordinator or associate project manager. This role will include:

  1. Identifying and procuring services from designers, contractors, and other project team members.
  2. Preparing and monitoring project budgets and schedules.
  3. Organizing project meetings, preparing agendas, and meeting minutes.
  4. Leading project and client meetings.

The position will be based at our Boston office but will also include site visits to projects and client sites within the New England Region, primarily within the greater Boston area. There is some flexibility for at-home work but will be dependent on the needs of the client.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and critical path scheduling are expected. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe, and MS Project are a plus and will be required soon after hire.
