This position is responsible for a variety of functions to support the responsibilities of the Talent Management team. This includes maintaining leadership development programs to support the growth of leaders; analyzing performance gaps and learning needs to support performance management activities and succession planning. This position is also responsible for making recommendations to improve programs that support the growth of leaders and collecting development program data to benchmark learning and development of leaders. The scope includes participating with teams that consult with customers, internal workgroups, and external vendors; coordinating communication plans and project management activities related to complex learning strategies; and evaluating learning and business outcomes.

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development, Organizational Development or Instructional Design and 3 years’ experience in instructional design, performance consulting, and/or development OR 7 years’ experience in instructional design, performance consulting, and/or development

  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.

  • Analytical skills.

  • Sound inductive and deductive reasoning skills.

  • Knowledge of adult learning theories and/or emerging instructional design trends in the industry.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resource Development, Organizational Development, or Instructional Design.

  • Knowledge of Workday or other Performance Management systems.

  • 3 years Talent Management experience in a corporate or business setting.

  • Experience working with multiple internal and external customers, senior management, and subject matter experts.

  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office tools like Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with creating and using business intelligence platforms to connect data from multiple sources.

Please note that this role is HYBRID with an in-office requirement of 3 days a week and NO VISA sponsorship is available for this role.
