BOOST 95.5 Program Director

One of your favorite things about radio is the people behind the mic. Plus you love Jesus, radio, and Hip Hop. If that sounds like you, maybe you belong at BOOST 95.5 in St. Louis as our next Program Director! Our St. Louis signal is the flagship for the BOOST Radio Network (Christian Hip Hop radio stations heard in parts of 9 states). You’d work closely with our Network PD coaching Air Talent, fostering a healthy team, and hosting a dope daily on-air show.

We’re looking for somebody with previous professional on-air and programming experience (3+ years). Strong relational skills and proficiency in 360-degree communication are essential.
