Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Clinical Quality Associate to support our Clinical Quality team. This role is integral to assisting the Clinical Quality Manager and enhancing clinical processes aimed at improving patient care quality, provider satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and overall safety. You will be responsible for accurate data collection, effective issue resolution, and timely reporting to maintain and elevate clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative and data management support to the Clinical Quality Manager and team.
  2. Maintain clinical data systems, including managing the Salesforce dashboard and associated workflows.
  3. Address and respond to patient inquiries, privacy concerns, reportable events, provider requests, and patient care cases swiftly and accurately.
  4. Collect, organize, and analyze data related to clinical quality, patient safety, and incident reporting.
  5. Investigate patient and client complaints to facilitate timely and effective resolution.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize and handle client requests and feedback.
  7. Deliver timely and accurate reports to both internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Assist in developing and implementing processes to improve clinical quality and compliance.
  9. Perform additional duties and special projects to support clinical quality goals.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience; healthcare or clinical setting experience is a plus.
  3. Knowledge of medical terminology and coding is beneficial but not essential.
  4. Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  5. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  6. Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with data management platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  8. Interest in healthcare, clinical quality, and emerging technologies.
