Delta 8 THC / Cannabis - Territory Sales Manager

What are we looking for?

Our company is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager within the Delta 8 THC and Cannabinoid vape space. We are an industry leader in the emerging cannabinoid market and are looking to add a Territory Sales Manager to the team in Texas to help us as we grow here!

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new customers, and actively approach potential customers.
2. Negotiate prices and close deals with customers.
3. Meet all individual revenue goals to ensure overall company revenue goals are being supported.
4. Monitor competition, collect market trends such as pricing, products, merchandising techniques, etc., and provide feedback to headquarters timely.
5. Recommend changes in products, prices, and service T&C based on competitive developments.
6. Help the marketing team prepare and participate in industry trade shows.
7. Maintain client records and prepare monthly reports.
8. Drive sales, distribution, and revenue within their account universe.
9. Vape hardware sales in the Delta market as well as Cannabis.

Requirements:

Vape hardware sales experience.
Proven track record in sales.
Travel up to 30% (Visiting local customers, attending trade shows/conventions, and other business trips).
