What We Need:
The Digital Video team at KATZ is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join the team here in the New York Office to work across the digital video and streaming landscape.What You'll Do:
Responsibilities:
Data Entry of all ordered deals into Katz systems
Maintain schedule changes, both internal and external, including follow-up with agencies/clients
Monitor all deals to ensure KPIs are achieved as well as schedule accuracy including deal liability
Timely distribution of advertiser deliverables
Ensure Product/Brand allocations are completed in a timely manner
Collaborate with team in weekly meetings and maintenance of account status reports
Support and enhance agency relationships by monitoring all requests
Communicate daily with team to resolve any traffic/tag issues
Reconcile discrepancies
Work closely with billing to reconcile and clear invoices in a timely manner, monitor accounts receivable, and issue invoice adjustments
Support the planner team to ensure all account needs and tasks are completed
What You'll Need:
Basic Qualifications
College Degree
PC Savvy: Expertise in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Great personality and sense of humor
Strong work ethic
Attention to detail
Determination and drive to develop your career
Interest in sales is a plus
Additional Qualifications
Google Suite of Products, including Data Studio, Analytics, DV
Strong analytical skills
Must have superior customer service skills
Proven ability to work in a fast-moving environment
Must have the ability to prioritize, Must be flexible with hours
Must have strong communications skills both verbal and written
Must be able to manage multiple tasks and activities simultaneously

Compensation:
Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
