Private Credit Associate

We are working with a Global Am Law 100 law firm on their search for an Associate to join their Private Credit Department, working from its Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York or Washington, DC office.

Ideal candidates will have at least 3-6 years of experience in private credit/finance matters at a nationally recognized law firm or other relevant legal experience. Candidates must have demonstrated lending experience (borrowers side exposure is a plus), and general experience with a variety of financing transactions, including cash flow deals, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and recapitalizations (experience with asset-based financings, restructurings and workouts is a plus).
