We are searching for a talented HR Services Advisor
Hours: Per Diem
Shift: Day Shift, 8:30am - 5:00pm
This position is fully remote however, occasional in-person meetings are required.

Responsibilities
Position reports to the Team Leader- HR Service Advisor or designee. Provide employees/customers with exceptional customer service, effectively resolving HR and Benefits inquiries, issues, and/or complaints within the scope of position responsibilities and/or triage as appropriate for resolution. Collaborate with the Payroll department to resolve pay-related issues and ensure customers receive timely responses. Maintain professionalism and provide high level of customer satisfaction managing large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. Maintain knowledge and understanding of current human resources policies and procedures, employment processes, routine payroll and compensation services, benefits administration, HR/Payroll record keeping and data entry, etc. Provide regular status reports to leadership of call activity.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in HR or related field preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 2 years related HR/Benefits experience preferred but not required.
  • Proven strong customer service experience is required, such as retail, service center, help desk, hospitality experience.
  • Demonstrated competency with various database and Windows applications is required.
  • Position responsibilities require strong verbal (phone) and written communication skills in facilitating the delivery of Human Resources, Benefits and Payroll services to all employees.
  • Previous experience working in a modern contact center environment that handled Benefit, HR policies and pay issues preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices preferred.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

Pay Range
USD $20.24 - USD $34.52 /Hr.
