Software QA Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products/platforms. This person will be responsible for contributing to product success through manual testing, identifying, and writing automated test cases, analyzing requirements, creating test plans, and tracking issues. The incumbent will work side by side with Software Engineers, Salesforce Administrators, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to improve overall software quality and provide recommendations for improvement opportunities.
