Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney at McDermott Law, LLC in Denver, CO.

Qualifications

• Legal expertise in Insurance Law and ERISA (preferred but not required)
• Ability to provide Legal Advice and conduct Research
• Strong Negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Colorado
