Partner with the best

As a Tolling Business Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily management of a third-party supply partner located in Sand Springs, OK. You will manage contractual commitments, drive continuous improvement, and ensure orders are delivered to Baker's customers on-time and with the expected level of quality standards.

As a Tolling Business Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the management of third-party tollers to reach defined targets in quality, cost, delivery, and safety. Ensure continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards.
  • Redefining processes and procedures regularly and requiring frequent interaction with adjacent functions (e.g., engineering, planning, maintenance).
  • Conducting frequent interactions with strategic suppliers to ensure key performance indicators and performance metrics are achieved.
  • Managing contract updates and negotiating terms to ensure the best outcome for Baker Hughes.
  • Handling latitude in manufacturing techniques, requiring technical know-how.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing).
  • Demonstrate solid experience in Manufacturing Plant Operation Management (3 years or more).
  • Show good knowledge of manufacturing principles, concepts, and theories.
  • Experience in batch manufacturing and chemical production preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating contracts.
  • Experience with budget management and control (preferred).
  • Ability to respond quickly in a dynamic environment addressing problem-solving opportunities directly.
  • Ability to work with and influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving, process improvement, and analytical skills.
