We are seeking talented Design Engineers for upcoming roles. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and development of high-quality products from initial idea to final production. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay Range: $70K-$110K Yearly
What's the Job?
• Create innovative design concepts and detailed engineering drawings using CAD software.
• Conduct feasibility and prototyping to validate design ideas.
• Collaborate with product management, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to ensure designs are practical and meet project specifications.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design quality.
What's Needed?
• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field and 1-2 years minimum professional experience.
• Proficiency in CAD software e.g. AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA).
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
