Associate Civil Engineer
Gateway Engineering, Inc., founded in 2006, is a civil engineering and land surveying firm located in Clovis, CA. We provide professional services to a wide variety of public and private clients throughout California, with most of our projects located in the Central Valley.
We are seeking a motivated individual wanting a long-term career in Civil Engineering. Candidates must be able to support engineering projects by adapting and applying engineering techniques: designing, drafting, preparing reports and calculations.
Duties:
Manage clients, projects and budgets
Provide direction, oversite and training of staff
Prepare civil designs utilizing AutoCAD and Civil 3D
Research and review ordinances, technical reports, municipal, state and federal codes to ensure compliance
Experience:
Minimum 5-year design and management experience on Civil Engineering projects.
Knowledge of Civil Engineering principles, practices, plans, and specifications.
Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D & Civil 3D strongly preferred
Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Strong organizational abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Desire to grow professionally and take on leadership roles.
