**Job Description:**
- Full-time physical therapist position with expected 40 hours per week.
- Provide rehabilitation therapy services to patients.
- Highly prefer candidates with experience using Rehab Optima.
- Contribute to patient assessments and help develop personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to facilitate optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all therapy services rendered.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines related to rehabilitation therapy services.
- Act with integrity and adhere to professional and ethical standards.
