Job ID: 2776875 | Amazon Web Services, Inc.

Would you like to be a part of a team that is redefining the technology industry? Amazon Web Services is leading the next paradigm shift in computing and is looking for world-class candidates to help drive opportunities with our Private Equity backed ISV customers.

As a Sr. Portfolio Growth Leader, you will be at the nexus of a three-way partnership: AWS, Private Equity Firms, and ISV portfolio companies. You will develop and execute strategies to grow the top-line revenue of PE ISV portfolio companies through the AWS Partner Network, in partnership with peer teams in the Private Equity Firm and Sales professionals in the portfolio companies. You will develop a deep working partnership with the Private Equity Firms and their ISV portfolio companies, create clear three-way targets, rally internal resources to scale the ISV portfolio companies’ top-line revenue, and own the overall program execution. Do you have the business savvy, the technical insight, and the background necessary to mesh with the PE and ISV ecosystems, and to help further establish Amazon as the leader in the cloud computing space?

The ideal candidate will possess a business background that enables them to drive an engagement and interact at the CxO/VP level and a technical background that enables them to easily interact with software developers and architects. They should have a demonstrated ability to analyze and think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the skill to build and convey compelling value propositions, and work cross-organizationally to build consensus. A keen sense of ownership, drive, and scrappiness is a must.
